Eva Solo is an award winning Danish design firm specializing in aesthetically pleasing and functional housewares. I received as a gift the Eva solo garlic press. I do not like garlic presses in general, but this one is fantastic. I use it all the time. It comes with a glass jar that acts as a holder for the press and container for garlic cloves. The garlic press does not have any holes, instead it has slits that allow the pressed garlic to pass and it also makes it much easier to clean. This garlic press is not cheap at $99 US. However, it’s beautifully designed, easy to use and clean.
