This spatula is so functional it's downright sexy. I don't know how I lived life without it. It's fantastic for turning fish, eggs and other delicate foods, without breaking them into pieces in your pan. There are a variety of brands out there, but I like the Lamson-Sharp tool (pictured) best. It's made out of hardened and tempered, high-carbon, stainless steel. The spatula features heat and water resistant rugged Delrin® handles secured with nickel silver rivets, or walnut handles which are unusually hard and durable. Not only are Lamson spatulas dishwasher safe, but they are made in the USA.

Is the stainless steel going to hurt or damage pans? Is is going to scratch up or ruin the non-stick surface?
Otherwise, Lamson Spatulas seem great!
