Whole Soybean Pasta

Rating: XXXX

A pasta that would have made her feel randy!

I am sad to say that the only non-wheat pasta I have enjoyed, the Kitchen Nutrition Whole Soybean Pasta, is now unavailable. Apparently, the company went out of business.

I was introduced to this angel hair style pasta this summer. Since then, I have cooked it at least once a week. It was an organic wheat and gluten free pasta with a whopping 23 grams of protein per serving and only 11 grams of net carbs. There were three kinds, black, green and golden. Although the texture is something you need to get used to (this is not real pasta) the flavor and how it made you feel after you ate were fantastic.

I loved this product. I could feed 4 adults with one 8 oz box. It was cheap, easy, nutritious and delicious.

I will do my best to find comparable products and let you all know. You may still be able to find a few boxes at Whole Foods or other boutique nutritious spirited groceries. It should cost you $2 to $3 dollars per 8 oz box.

I am going out to grab the last few boxes I know exist in Toronto.
