Pomi tomato products are fantastic! I use them sometimes if I have to cut corners. Don't get the canned stuff because you will lose freshness. Every chef (good chef) who has to cut corners loves this product. They are 100% garden ripe tomatoes imported from Italy with no preservatives or citric acid. They are made without seeds, skin or core and they are low in salt. These are simple the best if you need to cut corners!
