A Shot of Wheatgrass a Day...

Rating: XXXX

Wheatgrass has so much healthy crap. It's delightful.

Wheatgrass is not something you smoke. You shoot it and it's dead sexy! Why because it's good for you, so if you don't mind the taste of grass as in from a lawn then you won't mind this shot of goodness. It's important to drink this on an empty stomach so that the nutrients can be properly absorbed. The feeling you get if your not used to the grass taste is a little gaggy at first. However, once in your system it makes your body feel like dancing all day long. One shot can give you great energy and vitality. Sometimes I feel like the cartoon character THE TICK after I drink this stuff. So go a head and shoot this juice. It doesn't taste great at first, but I am sure it taste better than a shot of Jaegar.

A shot, that's one once is equal to 2.5 pounds of great powerful vegetable nutrition. 1 ounce of wheatgrass has more vitamin C than 1 ounce of oranges. 1 ounce of wheatgrass has twice the vitamin A in 1 ounce of carrots. It is said that 25ml of wheatgrass is equivalent in vitamins, minerals and amino acids to a kilogram of fresh garden vegetables in nutritional value. Wheatgrass is considered to be a complete food because it contains every amino acid, vitamin, and mineral (some in only trace amounts) necessary for human nutrition. The above information on nutrition values of wheatgrass has been taken from different web sites and books, but we could not find a detailed analysis for each nutrient, except the one given below.

Wheatgrass juice is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream and gives immediate energy. You can get fresh wheat grass at most juice chains such as Jamba Juice and health food stores that make fresh juices.
