Stashed away on Baldwin Street in Downtown Toronto is Margarita's Fiesta Room. Good Mexican food in Toronto is very hard to come by and Margarita's Fiesta Room is not the answer for your south of the border culinary cravings. Taco Bell is better than this place.

The ambiance is fine, but you can get that at any restaurant on Baldwin Street. The drink and food was sub par. The Margaritas were weak and tasted like a new flavor of Gatorade. There is one thing you should know when dinning at any Mexican restaurant. Taste the salsa. If it tastes freshly made and is seasoned well, in other words good, then things are promising for the rest of your meal. The salsa at this restaurant was canned tomato puree with hot sauce in it. It was so disgusting. I understand the desire for a Margarita and good Mexican food. However, do not take your date to this place. It’s not worth it.
